Our client, a high profile $16.5B Manufacturing Corporation located in Tampa, FL. has an excellent fulltime opportunity for an SAP Workflow Administrator to join our Client's team. The SAP Workflow Administrator will play a major role in managing the integration of the workflow within the major applications of Client's ERP system. Excellent benefits and profit sharing . Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor technical workflow logs and errors reports within the SAP applications in order to find any processes requiring fixing Fix incorrect data or request data update from the functional team. Analyze each failed workflow Perform pro-active checking of the key workflow routing data Clarify approval processes to end users and business stakeholders as required Escalate technical issues where those are causing workflow processes to fail Work with the technical support to report and resolve any program related error with the workflow process Work with the functional teams to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities for approval Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. 3+ years of experience working with SAP workflow. Ability to work with the business requirements and develop SAP workflow designs Desired Skills Good knowledge of different SAP modules like PLM, SD, MM, PP etc a big plus.
