A Lincolnshire-based organisation is currently looking to recruit an industry specialist in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance to join their company on a temporary basis for a 3 to 4 month period. The company in question is an extremely complex and high profile manufacturer and, as the dual leader of the project, the role will involve co-ordination with multiple sites.
The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for documenting SOX compliance testing throughout the organization, including review of documentation of controls and operating effectiveness. The candidate will also be expected to demonstrate a confident communication style that establishes credibility and facilitates a clear understanding of SOX issues, being able to potentially provide written and verbal communications
All suitable candidates for this role will have extensive Sarbanes-Oxley experience, preferably accompanied by suitable qualifications, and previous application of such experience in a complex environment. It would be highly advantageous for candidates to have come from a Big 4 audit background and it is essential that they are hands on and can hit the ground running.
