The focus will also be on efficient and accurate creation of recurring targeted marketing offers and their delivery to the next state in the direct marketing flow, in addition to preparing concise analysis and reports that will drive the service agenda across Singapore.
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Ad-hoc data extraction and reporting according to business requirements including Dashboard publishing and distribution
- Execution of the campaign management system, particularly accurate delivery of campaign outputs to stakeholders on time, including regular metrics reporting and dashboard design, programming, and scheduling
- Collating and manipulating survey response to create meaningful reports for analysis, including process improvement in terms of gains in both efficiency and/ or quality
- End to End Campaign Management from Campaign Initiation to Campaign Tracking, including presenting success stories and shariing learning/knowledge to key stakeholders
To be shortlisted for the role, you would have:
- Experience working with a Financial or Market Intelligence setup
- Good working knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence, Data analysis, Reporting and Dashboards
- Advanved working knowledge and experience with SAS including SAS Macros and SAS Stats, and Microsoft Office
- Advanced working knowledge and experience with SAS Base, Code Automation, Scheduling and Batch Processing
- Exposure to Campaign / Customer Relationship Management systems with the ability to work independently
