SB Project Manager - MA or NJ

Description This position can be located in either Cherry Hill, NJ or Burlington, MA Grade level 10 or 11 Dependent upon experience This position performs a varied range of analysis from multiple internal and external sources and provides ongoing information, intelligence and reports to the Small Business team. Converts reports to business intelligence insights . Leads and participates in activities to ensure data integrity. Participates or leads teams focused on projects, processes, and/or problem resolution. Experience in the banking industry required. Leads the planning, creation, maintenance and distribution of more complex analysis requiring a broad understanding of Bank concepts and analytic techniques. Reviews department requirements and suggests new reports based on developed knowledge of data and information needs of users. Delivers on all aspects of research, analysis, design, support, and testing of data and reports. Identifies relevant internal and external data sources, and understands data structure and limitations. Performs data extracts from a variety of databases. Writes and presents documents that summarize analysis and makes recommendations in a manner appropriate to various audiences. Ensures data integrity by designing, managing and participating in processes to inspect and clean data. Manages and participates in projects including business case analysis, resource allocation, project plan, project execution, change management, risk and stakeholder management. Often represents the group in cross functional teams, coordinating work both within and outside the department. Qualifications/Requirements: 4 year degree or equivalent experience MBA a plus. 3-5 years related experience required SAS programming and modeling experience a plus Strong organizational, analytical, time management and project management skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office. Supervisory and / or demonstrated leadership experience required. Demonstrated project management skills with ability to develop, facilitate and bring to successful conclusion. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to translate technical information so that users can effectively understand and make meaningful informed decisions and recommendations. Strong financial and business acumen. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to work effectively under time constraints within a fast paced environment to deliver results by critical deadlines
