Job Description:
Business Devloper needed to originate SBA loans for NJ Bank, Small Business Lending Group. Experience with calling on referral sources in a number of industries that will generate loan opportunities for Small Business Lending in the $250,000 to $5,000,000 deal size range. Specifically concentrating on a mix of franchise, health care and general industries commercial real estate business. Experience with both SBA 7A and 504 lending programs needed.
Required:
Minimum of 5+ years quantifiable SBA lending experience with a solid track record.
Excellent sales person needed with high energy.
Growth opportunities are expected to those who may be able to build up an office.
