SC Business Ops Specialist II
Job Description:
Participate in various aspects of the Supply Chain organization, including but not limited to: technology improvements, roadmap, applications, and tools; system accesses and control; reporting of enterprise and/or business metrics and procurement statistics using various business systems (i.e., BW, SRS); learning, training, competency model assessment activities; various project management activities; track/manage material sales forecasting; assist in p-card administration; and budget development and coordination. Participate in the development and execution of business Supply Chain goals and activities, including assisting in supplier assessments and development.
Required Skills:
- Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- TS/SCI accesses
Desired Skills:
- 2 Years of Supply Chain or related experience.
- EVMS certified (level 1 or 2),
- Familiarity with FAR and DFAR
- Familiarity in using Microsoft Project, CNTRL8, ISAMS, SRS, etc
- Ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Required Education (including Major):
- BA/BS Supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering
