The Scheduler candidate will be responsible developing and managing complex project execution schedules for engineering and production efforts using MS Project.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:
•Developing Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) baseline schedules
•Monitor schedule performance and interdependencies
•Executes critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and cost / schedule integration
•Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives
•Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
•Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

Experience developing complex schedules in an Earned Value (EV) environment is highly desirable. The work requires strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to work with little supervision, independently attending technical meetings and obtaining statuses to scheduled activities.

The candidate must have the knowledge and experience to recommend courses of action and to advise the
PM, task leads, and technical leads on positive and negative outcomes to those actions. The candidate will be called upon to develop and deliver presentations to senior management relating to the IMS.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field and 5+ years experience
Prior experience with government contracting
Skilled in knowledge and execution of critical path methodology (CPM) and risk management concepts
