About This Position
Our Client is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their team.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of twelve months experience as a Scheduler within the building and construction industry. Your primary role is to produce full quantities and BOQ.
Reporting to the Scheduling Supervisor, your duties will include:
• Ability to work out full quantities and BOQ input without assistance
• Identify any issues or errors and provide solutions
• Check other schedulers work and provide feedback where required
• Understanding all aspects of the building process
• Check all job documents and identify errors that may have occurred
• Assisting other staff members as required
You will have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and stay focused under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills are also required. You will enjoy working in a team environment as well as working unsupervised. Excellent computer skills are essential with proficiency using the MS Office applications as well as industry specific software. You will also have completed or currently be studying towards a Builders Certificate or Diploma.
