Scheduler / Outbound Calls

We are in growth mode and seek to hire a Scheduler to join our team. In this dedicated and detail oriented role, you will create and sustain a Go-To SharePoint portal to communicate with suppliers, while performing the following duties:

·         Reach out to suppliers by phone to schedule shop assignments

·         Set-up new suppliers on the systems and processes for AboutFace

·         Forecast the correct number of suppliers in order to meet all performance measures

·         Recruit the best suppliers available

·         Update and report to leadership

·         Assure shopper rotation is adhered to by account and client within 90% based on the agreement terms

·         Track performance Measures and scheduling completion daily

·         Create budget plan for each month and uses money, at sole discretion, to incentivize suppliers

·         Manage Logistics Facebook site with weekly posting for recruitment and to keep it current

·         Responsible for the entire life cycle of client’s program once submitted

·         Work independently to create plan for each individual account to insure fulfillment for the customer

·         Create and track each shop through its’ complete lifecycle to final delivery to customer

·         Understand the responsibility of financial impact to the company for not completing fulfillment for the customer.  Example:  Fulfillment of less than 100% each month for any given account can result in loss of monthly revenue or even loss of the contract

·         Collaborate with Client Services and Quality Control to assist in meeting performance measures and other critical customer objectives

·         Make independent judgment-based decisions on quality and reliability

·         Prepare team for new client programs by attending contract review calls and roll out meetings

·         Provide input into difficulty-level based on locations and complexity of shops

·         Available to assist with problem areas with regard to getting shops completed and brainstorming new ideas to solve problems

·         Failure to follow the contract guidelines could result in loss of revenue or the entire contract

 

Qualifications:

We are currently seeking an individual with an aptitude to learn quickly who possesses the following:

·         Strong phone and communication skills

·         Proficiency with MS Outlook and Internet navigation

·         High School or equivalent – College degree preferred
