Position Summary
These duties will be performed under the direct management of the pre-commissioning /commissioning authority for the project. There will be close internal communication with all project controls team members as well as external communication with all disciplines of construction project management.
Role Responsibilities
· Responsible for maintaining master project schedule for milestone pre-commissioning completions of all related construction disciplines and ensuring the readiness for transition from construction to 100% acceptance by owner
· Provide support for Senior Program Management Planners
· Provide project cost estimates and cost analysis
· Responsible for providing project management support activities in managing resources
· Support Project Senior Planner in capital budget and work plan identification, resource planning and project assignment
· Will liaison with operations, construction management and field services to assure coordination among project process partners
Requirements
· Relevant degree plus 5 or more years similar construction scheduling experience
· Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in large scale construction projects within the oil and gas industry
· Working knowledge of all aspects of MS professional office software
· Minimum 5 years experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
· Must be organized and possess good verbal and written communication skills
· Equivalent combinations of training and/or related experience will be considered
