Scheduling Team Leader
Our client is a global property, real estate and facilities management business. They operate across all 5 continents globally delivering professional property services to a range of multi national clients. Due to a major global contract win they are recruiting for a dedicated and professional PPM scheduling team leader based out of their national service centre in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for the management, leadership and guidance of a team of maintenance schedulers, ensuring all training need are met, management reporting, managing staff absences, planning rotas, recruitment and retention. You will also be responsible for all statistical reporting, ensuring reaction times and engineers work allocation is in line with contractual terms and conditions, liaison with external contractors and customers.
You will have a very strong background within team management, either in a call centre, facilities management or banking background. Be able to motivate and guide a team of call handlers, look at business practices and stream line operations to ensure efficiency.
The main driver behind this role is the team management aspect, they are looking for a professional and driven individual with a demonstrable background developing and motivating staff.
