Job Description Scholar - Fire-10109602 Description Selected individuals will participate in a full-time summer or part-time during the school year internship, designed to provide a strong knowledge of our business. Scholars will spend the duration of their internship in one of the following key areas: Sales, Service, Office, or Production. The goal is to expose the Scholar to a different area of our business each time he or she is able to work in an extended internship capacity. The Scholar program is a feeder program for Cintas future Management Trainee candidates who are eligible to apply for our full-time two year training program before moving into other areas of key leadership within our corporation. The Scholar experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to visit our Corporate headquarters and meet our Executive partners.
