PAREXEL Medical Communications is looking to hire a Scientific Team Leader to take scientific and editorial leadership responsibilities across a key pharma account.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity which combines scientific account and team leadership, client relationship management and business growth.
As Scientific Team Lead you will be responsible for the scientific leadership of assigned accounts and the global operational management of scientific teams. You will also play a pivotal role in project and financial management, resource and business planning, and business/account development activities.
This role is available office based or can be decentralised with regular travel into the office.

By translating healthcare discoveries and complex scientific knowledge into motivating communications, our expertise helps sponsors accelerate product adoption and recommendation by healthcare professionals as well as allow the benefits of healthcare discoveries to quickly reach patients in need.
BS/BA or higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine, with a strong scientific and or scientific/editorial background within medical science communications, and deep writing/editorial skills.
Agency background is desirable, but must include experience managing a scientific or editorial team, and experience reviewing, developing, and implementing editorial processes and effective working practices, with proven ability to handle a broad range of clients and/or accounts, while effectively managing service delivery.
