We are now hiring an experienced Adult Affiliate Manager/Online Marketer that has a proven track record that can manage different affiliate sales reps. we will provide you with intelligence recruitment software and your task will be to train and manage other members of our team. You must be tech savvy to understand, teach and manage our entry level sales reps. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing "Affiliate Programs" and can prepare and achieve measurable results.
Requirements:
-Should have extensive experience in online Affiliate and have "Proven Results" that you can furnish.
-Should have experience in performing detailed market research and analytical reports.
-Should have experience in Google Analytics
-Should have experience in SEO and PPC Campaigns
-Demonstrable experience in creating an affiliate base, successful marketing plan, and measuring its results.
-Experience in permission based email marketing with emphasis on tracking and optimization of all relevant statistics (open rate, response rate, etc). And familiarity with any industry standard email marketing software.
-Experience in affiliate recruitment
-Candidate must be a passionate, energetic; loves his/her work, and fully dedicated to his/her projects.

-Develop a new affiliate program and expand our affiliate presence
-Signup, recruit and negotiate new and existing traffic trading deals through emails, instant message chat, and phone calling.
-Represent the website and affiliate program on all affiliate forums.
-Managing the affiliate "sales reps" to ensure everyone is hitting their quotas, in regard to recruitment and training them to perform better.
-Ensuring affiliate checks/wires/online payments are distributed on time
-Offering full support for all affiliates with instant messenger or by phone
-Ability to measure all campaigns and create detailed reports
-Responsible for providing design team with detailed scope to ensure our affiliates have the latest cutting edge marketing material and providing affiliates the marketing tools needed to be successful
-Manage our offers on all CPA networks (Epicads.com, Clickbooth, ImmInteractive etc)
-Manage PPC campaigns on multiple platforms (google/yahoo) for affiliate recruitment
-Manage all email campaigns using Nats
-Follow other competitor affiliate programs and make sure we are always one step ahead with our creative's, payouts and tools being offered.
