Scrum Master – Agile
Agile Scrum Master required with passion for Agile / Scrum combined with software development knowledge and proven background in the leadership line management of teams, stakeholder management skills as well as strong technical aptitude ideally with knowledge of any of Java/J2EE, PHP, Ruby, Grails, Groovy, WebSphere/EAI, CRM or Chordiant, or transactional web based systems such as ecommerce, self service, payment systems, customer care are required by technology giant in South West London.
The role will require strong technical aptitude as well as excellent communication and business acumen, formal agile software development methods for successful product delivery, and project management skills managing budgets, and project finances as well as risks and issues, and external dependencies, and providing regular status updates, and line management for the team.
This challenging role will require a effective leadership style and you will manage the information flow to the team using coaching and mentoring to get maximum performance. You will also drive the effective application of scrum and instil best practice in the team including test driven development, continuous integration, and pair programming. This will include being responsible for the day to say process of software product development and delivery to ensure the process is adhered to, and co-ordinating daily stand up meetings, planning games, showcases, and retrospectives.
Ideal backgrounds for this role would be from companies such as telecoms, ISP, media, broadcast, finance, utilities, E-commerce, online betting, consultancy working on web based systems etc
