My client is an extremely sought after and very reputable Financial Services Institution with a growing reputation and worldwide presence, who requires an experienced Scrum Master who has a strong C# background, to join the Development team to support the Agile creation of software solutions and also to support the up-front estimation and high level design during the planning phase of the feasibility project.
Essential Requirements
Good experience of Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban
C# .NET software development experience
Test Automation, Continuous Integration and TDD experience of leading multi-discipline teams
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
Ability to gain respect from the team and lead by example.
