LOCATION: Maynard, MA

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and preferred experience in Internet marketing and web design. This individual must be able to use their creativity to identify areas of opportunity in Search Engine Marketing. As an employee at PlanPrescriber, Inc., you will work with the Search Engine Marketing team on Search Engine Marketing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including PPC campaign creation and management, developing and optimizing PPC ad copy, and identifying PPC keyword opportunities. You will also be responsible for working with our web developers and graphic designers to create specifications for new landing pages and websites. You will be a critical component in the on-going success of our Internet marketing campaigns, and this position offers direct bottom-line impacts to our company.
You must be able to communicate effectively, have superior time management skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines. Most importantly, you must be a problem-solver who is very detail-oriented and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create wireframes and specifications for landing page designs and image ads
- Creating, Optimizing, and Executing campaign changes to Google Adwords, MSN AdCenter, and other Search Engine Marketing opportunities
- SEM account management
- Writing, reviewing, and optimizing PPC ad copy
- Keyword research and generation
- Identifying new SEM opportunities
- Mathematical analysis of trend data
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Engineering and/or Economics background preferred)
- Must have strong computer skills – Internet, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Previous search engine marketing experience is preferred, but not required
- Social media experience preferred
- Experience in graphic design a plus
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) execution a plus
- Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings
- General understanding of HTML, CSS and the Internet preferred, however, this position is not a Web development role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Focused individual with flexibility, dependability and comprehension to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process
- Excellent oral and written skills
