Primary Job Responsibilities
• Co-responsible for success of EU catalogue program by driving more and high quality structured data to the site
• Identify EU specific requirements of catalogue related projects, and work with global product and operations teams to ensure these requirements are implemented
• Identify country specific legal requirements, convert in product specifications and coordinate with the development teams for their implementation
• Be a customer champion in front of our product and operational teams
• Independently indentify and manage vendors providing catalogue data and services like rich, writing of marketing texts, rich content, etc.
• Manage communications with my clients buyers, sellers and 3rd party service providers
Candidate Requirements
• 5+ years experience in an online search / ecommerce environment
• Solid strategic analytical skills: capable of summarizing complex heterogeneous insights (UER, market research, business metrics, competition...), formulating clear recommendations
• Demonstrated successful and independent management of complex projects, entrepreneurial experience preferred
• Has collaborated or worked in Product management, and has a good understanding of how to build great web user experiences
• Experience in analysis and programming (SQL in particular) would be a plus
• Comfortable with a US company culture
• Experience working with International teams based in different countries and being able to influence people to get things done
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in complex matrix organisation in terms of delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented, self-starter with ability to multi-task
• Energetic, flexible, and comfortable with fluidity in a rapidly evolving strategy
