We are looking for a highly motivated Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Coordinator to provide world-class service to our clients. In this role, you would be able to leverage your internet and marketing skills to develop, execute, and optimize search campaigns. Key elements in the firm's search work include: pay-per-click search engine campaigns, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and other pay-for-performance media. Key tasks will include Search campaign Generation / Implementation, Keyword Research, Development Analysis and identifying and capitalizing on Search Marketing Trends.

- TOD/DOW Analysis

ROLL OUT TESTING RESULTS TO CAMPAIGN
- Landing page tests

DEVELOP CLIENT REPORTING
DELIVER CAMPAIGN FINDINGS AFTER I MPLEMENTATION
PROVIDE CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE SUPPORT TO SEM MANAGERS
REQUIRED BACKGROUND
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent communication skills to successfully perform search engine marketing activities. We seek individuals with a Bachelor’s degree (Quantitative focus or CIS preferred), a minimum of 0-2 years of online advertising experience, working with relevant search engine toolsets on pay-for-performance search products. Experience with online marketing is preferred, but not required. Candidate should also possess the proven ability to understand customer needs, generate creative solutions, and build on-going relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities

While we deal with all aspects of online campaigns, ultimately success is defined through careful calculation of ROI and other key metrics. Creativity is certainly a plus, but it must be matched by the ability to understand and communicate the metrics that drive successful campaigns.
