South East - £40k-£60k Car, bonus

The Role
Our client is looking to recruit a Buyer. The position is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of a specified product portfolio. This includes ranging, pricing, sourcing, sales and profitability. With a strong understanding of customer needs and trends it is the buyers responsibility to manage, deliver and develop an innovative range of locally and globally sourced products at the lowest possible prices.
The success of the company is dependent on the commitment and skill of its staff, and this position is pivotal to that success.
The Candidate
You, the buyer will have a minimum of 2 years` experience in a similar position and understand the full buying cycle. You will have sound commercial judgement, experience in product sourcing, be an excellent negotiator and have sound financial acumen along with excellent analytical skills.
You will also be able to demonstrate exceptional performance in previous roles in regards to you profit margins and sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in buying products from categories such as Garden Power, Horticulture, BBQ, Outdoor Living, Garden Care.
