Position: Seasonal Cook II (8 Openings)
Department: Food Beverage
Status: Full-time Hourly, Seasonal
Days: Open Availability
Hours: 1st/2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all items needed for both hot and cold lines.
• Responsible for checking inventory items in the freezer and refrigerator.
• Working together with Chef to maintain all items in the kitchen.
• Cleaning all areas of work station.
• Ability to work with other Employees and help train as needed.
• Prepare salads, slice meats, prepare sandwiches and breading food items.
• Setting up buffets and the lines.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow direction of Chef and other Supervisors.
• Must have knife skills and produce a consistent product.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work hard and learn new tasks.
• Limited knowledge okay, will train.
• Would prefer culinary student with 1 to 2 years kitchen or prep experience.
