Participant Care Representatives (PCR)
Job Purpose
To provide specialized customer service and support that results in a positive experience for our customers. Each PCR is required to provide timely resolution to customer inquiries by giving appropriate information regarding flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, health savings accounts and more.
The participant Services Contact Center is our primary point of contact with our customers, and it has three primary goals:
· Retaining customers
· Increasing use of self-service systems
· Improving productivity and reducing operating expenses
All applicants must be available to work any assigned shift; Monday- Friday from 7am – 7pm.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide world class customer service to incoming callers who may be inquiring about any of our products and services which include flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, child care plus, commuter/transit benefits and more.
· Provide clear and concise information using verbal and/or written communication skills regarding customer claim status and when completing Help Tickets on all customer interactions.
· Must be proficient in multi-tasking (thinking, listening, typing), with an advanced level of Windows navigations skill while on the phone in a fast-paced environment.
· Must display effective business reasoning and able to type at a minimum speed of 35wpm.
· Adhere to schedule and meet all productivity, quality and performance standards established by Acclaris.
· Outstanding attendance is critically important.
· Demonstrate ability to consistently take initiative and be prorating when resolving participant’s issues/concerns to prevent additional problems.
· Demonstrate the ability to utilize good time management skills to maintain a low average call handle time (ring, talk, hold, and wrap up time)
· Retain knowledge of training material, guidelines, processes, and policies as they pertain to a variety of customers and lines of business.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent is required.
· Experience with computers. Keyboarding and multi-tasking is required.
· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
· Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience is preferred.
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills along with basic practical math, reading and comprehension abilities.

· Sitting for long periods of time; Communicating on the telephone; typing and reading on the computer.
