The purpose of the Seasonal Recruiter is to recruit candidates for Sears Parts and Repair Center Sales Associates and Branch Lead positions. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements Responsible for seasonal recruitment functions for the Parts Repair Centers such as updating the Applicant Tracking System, completing phone screens, scheduling interviews, and notifying candidates of status in the recruiting process. Provide reporting as needed Other duties as assigned Specific Essential Functions: Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful situations. Ability to accept additional responsibilities and to be held accountable for their completion/resolution Ability to handle multiple task and maintain deadlines Must be at least 18 years of age Experience/Education/Certification Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required One year HR experience preferred Prior recruiting experience preferred Prior experience and knowledge of internet based applications Experience and aptitude with computers and basic software applications including spreadsheets Required Job Competencies: Must be able to be open to change and the ability to effectively implement change quickly Effective time management skills Accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties and to be held accountable for their successful completion Proficient in computer systems and standard software applications Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors Must be able to work well with others in a team environment to deliver high performance results Years Experience 1 - 2 Years Experience Preferred Minimum Education High School / GED Travel Requirements None
