We are looking for an individual with superior customer service skills that can assist customers that have recently purchased a camper/motor home with answering questions they have and showing them how the appliances, plumbing, water, etc. work in RV. This position may also spend time working as a Service Writer or Sales Associate as well. Job Responsibilities: - Determines specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers - Promotes installation sales - Suggests add-on sales for customers - Schedules installation appointments with designated staff - Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers - May cross train to perform other duties (Service Writer, Sales Associate/Cashier) - Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned Experience and Skills: Experience/Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - 1 year of RV dealership experience preferred or RV owner highly desired - Minimum six months customer service background needed - Basic computer skills - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required - Working knowledge of policies and procedures of Service Department - General knowledge of RV products and their uses highly desired - Valid Drivers License may be required We are an equal opportunity employer and committed a diverse workplace Benefits: Full time employees enjoy benefits such as medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k), PTO and more.We promote a drug-free work environment.Competitive pay, based on experience.EOE Keywords: walk thru, show thru, rv, recreational vehicle, RV, sales, sell, retail, parts, car, truck. boat, marine
