A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Second Line Support to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes
You will be providing a variety of users with second line support dealing with a range of technical tasks. You must have previous experience of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Thin Client Management as well as Software and Firmware creation and distribution. You will be required to run diagnostics, troubleshoot and access Thin Client devices remotely. You will need experience of the above for WLX, WTOS and WES. A further requirement for this role is Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Exposure to the Hardware and Software that delivers services to thin client terminals, including Xenapp, Hyper V and SCVMM.
With your previous experience working within a customer-focussed IT environment you will have an in depth working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
