Secondaries Advisory – German speaking analyst recruitment
The firm is a world renowned financial services firm with a phenomenal reputation within their chosen sector. They advise the biggest institutional investors on their investments in the private equity market and are looking to add a new member to their highly respected team.
The role requires analysts to have both excellent technical skills, being familiar with the process of an MA transaction including preparing presentation materials, organizing due diligence, DCF valuations etc. The role also encompasses significant client contact and provides fantastic exposure which is unrivalled in larger firms.
Candidates will ideally come from a background in with at least intern level experience in MA, in an investment bank or boutique or alternatively transaction services experience in the big 4 accountancy firms. There are opportunities for candidates at both 1st and 2nd year analyst level so more experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Being fully fluent in German is essential, as is a keen interest in the private equity markets and strong presentation and communication skills.
