Responsibilities/Duties:
This position exists to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Program and Care Manager(s), clinical staff of Addiction and Mental Health. this position is responsible for scheduling meetings, payroll documentation, computer processing of all types of documents, data entry, tracking documentation, incoming and outgoing mail management, health records management, receiving visitors and reception functions as well as performing other related duties as identified on the job description. This position works collaboratively with all programs and services; maintains positive, professional, cooperative relationships with internal and external programs, services, clients and staff. This position is accountable for maintaining confidentiality of all clinical information.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a post secondary secretarial or office/business program is required. Minimum of 10 years in a variety of professional office administrative settings. Experience working in Addiction and Mental Health an asset. Sound knowledge and practice with budget systems, payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite a required expectation.
