Secretary
You will be employed as a Secretary in the IBFD Knowledge Centre. The Knowledge Centre is responsible for the content of the various IBFD publications and databases. The successful candidate will be working within a team of secretaries supporting various departments and staff members.
Responsibilities
- Substitute existing secretaries
- Administration and maintaining database
- Coordination publications
- Drafting contracts
- Support Tax Research Services (TRS)
- Support Team Managers, Editors and researchers
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
- HBO (Bachelor) – level
- Preferable a secretarial or personal assistant degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary in an international environment
- Command of language: fluent Dutch and English, both verbal and written (fluency in another common European language would be an advantage)
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and general competence in working with computers
- Affinity with legal or tax terminology would be a plus
- Experienced in working with expats

- A keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently
Salary fringe benefits
We offer a part-time position (20 hours) with a gross monthly salary, depending on background and relevant work experience, between Euro 2.300 – 2.700 (on full-time basis).
