Sector Team Coordinator
SECTOR TEAM COORDINATOR
Salford
Mon-Thu: 8.30am-5pm, Fri: 8.30am-4pm
Additional hours as required
Reporting to Sector Director (General Engineering) your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the drive of performance improvement through coordination of Sector and Senior Management actions, activities and reporting
- Liaising closely with Operational Finance Managers, General Managers, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Managers and Technical Managers
- Ensuring that deadlines are met, key actions closed out and key deliverables are met
- Managing Sector Senior Managers Diaries, tasks and emails as required
- Maintaining visit schedule for Sector Senior Managers to all General Engineering laboratories
- Production and circulation of monthly reporting performance data, Key Performance Indicators and presentations to Sector Senior Managers
- Managing Sector Senior Managers diaries for holiday leave and major events
- Coordinating all Management Sector meetings including arranging all travel, accommodation and meeting rooms
- Preparing meeting packs for Sector Senior Managers including previous minutes, action log, agenda and reports
As a successful candidate you will be educated to a good general standard including English and Maths. Significant experience working in a similar position is essential for this role.
We are looking for a reliable person with excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). You will be a superb organiser with experience of working to tight deadlines. Team player attitude and the ability to work independently are also highly valued attributes.
