Securities Broker- $75M Investment Advisor recruitment
This small, independent team manages over $75M in AUM and has an extensive in-house support staff. The Securities Broker will work in a fast-paced environment directly with the President of the firm.
• This is a Producer role supporting the business.
• You will build your business from leads that come into the office and your own network.
• The firm is looking for someone that can help manage current clients while building their own block of business.
• There is a definite team component, there are currently 5 support staff that you would be working with.
• The focus will be on growing the securities side of the business and they want to hire someone that can run meetings on their own.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a Private Client Sales and Service role within Financial Services.Experience with 401K a big plus.
• Series 6, 63 required- Series 65,7, Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred but not required.
Additional: To succeed in this role someone must be able to:
• Remain organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Work independently, collaborate when necessary and initiative projects as needed
• Proactively and independently solve problems while exercising sound judgment
