Job Description

Advise management as to the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company's activities

Set up and develop ethical compliance standards for the conduct of business

Initiate and provide training

Manage regulatory issues and relationships with regulators

Establish and maintain the requisite framework within the Company for regulated activities under the SFA

The Successful Applicant

Must have prior on the job knowledge of the Securities and Corporate Finance industries.

Strong background in regulatory compliance
