Securities Finance-Client Services Officer/AVP recruitment
Job Requirement(s) Job Duties:
Role Objective:
-To fulfill daily client servicing requirements, to help maintain high levels client satisfaction and to help strengthen client relationships through proactive and responsive approach.
Job Responsibilities:
-Good understanding of client's daily program details with ability to discuss program effectively with daily client contact and respond promptly to both internal and client inquiries.
-Monitor all aspects of the client program by capturing and supervising sensitive issues e.g. sells, corporate actions, and so on.
-Liaise with internal parties, including other Securities Finance global divisions, other divisions within State Street, and external colleagues to implement a seamless servicing model for clients.
-Play an active role in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual client reports for manager’s review.
-Work with other team members in ensuring accurate and timely client reporting.
Requirements:
-3 to 5 years financial services experience with at least 2 years experience in a client servicing role. Consideration will be given to candidates with solid investment operations experience, or Asian client servicing experience.
-Good understanding of financial markets, especially in cash markets, interest rates, and so on would be highly valued.
-Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a small team environment and contribute in a productive manner.
-Fluency in English is required. Bi-lingual in Mandarin or another Asian language is not a must but much preferred.
