JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires that candidates be detail orientated, able to work timely and accurately within deadlines and possess good problem solving skills. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as they will be working with borrowers and custodians in locations both foreign and domestic. Responsibilities of day-to-day operational support include, but are not limited to:
• Accurately processing, monitoring securities transactions in foreign and domestic markets.
• Reconciling and researching contract breaks between each borrower / lender relationship.
• Ensuring all client positions are fully collateralised through mark-to-market processing and collecting / returning collateral as necessary.
• Assist recalls department in regards to settlement of client portfolio transactions as well as cash management department for investment of cash collateral.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking a university graduate with a BA/BSc in accounting, finance, economics or related field; with at least one (1-2) years related work experience. Candidates must be detail orientated; have excellent oral and written communication skills; be capable of managing multiple projects; and possess good problem solving skills. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and should have previous experience and/or proficiency in financial markets. Advanced Excel skills are desirable.
