Securities Lending Sales & Relationship Manager recruitment

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the sales strategy for the Securities Lending Business, whilst ensuring cross-selling opportunities are maximised through close liaison with the broader sales and relationship management teams.
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, including their goals and objectives, in order to ensure your own relationship plan is consistent.
Manage client profitability and develop pricing strategies through gaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by co-ordinating all internal resources to facilitate swift issue-resolution.

Requirements

Comprehensive understanding of the Securities Lending business.
Previous experience in a client facing role within a highly challenging and demanding environment.
Tertiary level educated in finance or related discipline.
First-class sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
