Job Summary
Provide general secretarial and administrative support to a team and senior managers
- Calendar management
- Scheduling, updating travel arrangements and visas application
- Preparing Travel and Expense reports
- Answering phone calls, receiving and redirecting clients and visitors
- Maintaining time management system, filing system
- Co-coordinating internal and external client meetings
- Support visiting bankers
- Various administrative tasks or ad hoc tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Hardworking, good judgment, flexible and driven to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative
- Ability to multi-task and ability to cope with high pressure on a daily basis
- Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Non-political team player who can work and contribute in a team environment to achieve goals
- Responsible and responsive
- Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good telephone manner
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
