We have an immediate need in our Chicago office for an experienced Security Analyst. This person will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of Navigant’s role based security for PeopleSoft. Additional responsibilities include implementing and supporting Navigant’s security infrastructure including Active Directory, Security Information Management systems, PeopleSoft Directory Interface and other security related systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the PeopleSoft account administration process, ensuring that account creations, modifications and deletions occur in a timely and appropriate manner
- Work with stakeholders to design, implement and maintain security structures for delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications. Ensure that appropriate roles, permission lists and row level security exists for all functional areas
- Analyze and resolve security and access problems related to both delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications
- Support integrations between PeopleSoft, Active Directory and other internal applications
- Implement and support internal security systems such as RSA enVision, Secure FTP infrastructure and Intrusion Detection systems
- Interact with employees to receive requests, triage, troubleshoot and resolve security issues
- Write and maintain documentation related to security design, implementation and practices
- Provide security training where needed
Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant IT security experience required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with ERP role based end user security. Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials or Portal 8.8x or higher preferred
- Experience with Identity Management infrastructure such as Active Directory, Microsoft Federated Identity Management, PeopleSoft Directory Interface
- Strong conceptual understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server Security
- Experience with Security Information Management, Intrusion Detection and secure file transfer systems
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate complex technical details to technical and non-technical staff, both oral and written
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and effectively multitask
- Practical scripting experience (..NET, C#, VBScript, C++, PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
