Position Summary:
The IT Compliance Analyst will work across the Catalent community to promote awareness and the critical need for various IT Compliance efforts and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to:
• Communication and enforcement of strategies for maintaining and improving IT Security.
• Working with the respective organizational personnel (business and IT) to understand gaps in current systems and processes and suggest/implement remediation activities.
• Manage the implementation of appropriate remediation efforts according to the IT Operating Model and associated regulations.
• Track compliance with key indicators and metrics.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the IT Security Compliance Function.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Security Analyst will be responsible for the following:
• Audit against existing Security Policies and Procedures to ensure ongoing compliance. In-scope items include but are not limited to:
o Physical Security (of IT assets)
o Logical Security (Network Application-level)
o Data Retention
o Legal Hold
o eDiscovery
• Act as main PoC in the coordination and standardization of responses to customer-provided security surveys/requests and questionnaires
• Partner with the Network, Data Center and third party teams in the execution of periodic security audits including intrusion and penetration testing, recommending remediation activities where applicable
• Partner with the Corporate Security team in the performance of site-specific audits.
• Develop and implement a Catalent-wide IT Security Training Program. In-scope items include but are not limited to:
o Physical and Logical (System) Security
o Password Management
o Acceptable Use
o Data Privacy/Protection
• Liase with IT Project Delivery and Enterprise Architecture in the assessment of security elements associated with new/potential projects
• Support the creation, implementation training on new and modified documents and other appropriate content (i.e. Instructor-led materials).
This resource will play a significant role in efforts associated with mergers and acquisitions as we work to ensure the same, if not a greater level of security and compliance support is provided to the incoming elements as is currently provided to the existing Catalent user base. It is our belief that further developing and effectively managing the IT Security space will reduce the associated security risks to Catalent (both in and out of IT).
Requirements:
• 4 year college/university degree or relevant experience
• 10+ years experience in supporting IT Security and related functions
• Experienced in assessing impact of technology upgrades on applications, security and related processes
• Experienced in GxP environments
• Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience
• Service oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable)
• Detail oriented working style
• Superior organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Travel 10-15%
