My Client, a leading International security technology provider, is recruiting for an experienced Security Analyst to join their expanding team.
This is an interesting and varied role and responsibilities will include to:
Providing technical support in English and German over the phone to customers;
Developing rapport with customers to ensure long lasting relationships;
Attending training courses covering products and technologies;
Providing coaching and training for junior engineers;
Demonstrating commitment to delivering solutions within time and to high level of customer satisfaction.
To apply candidates require:
Fluency in German and English;
Technical support experience ideally from the security industry;
Excellent TCP/IP networking skills;
Internet security knowledge;
Strong problem solving capability.
In return this company can offer a permanent post, excellent training, a salary up to 40k depending on experience.
