Security Analyst/Architect V
Bellevue, WA
6 Month Contract

Works under limited direction of the Manager, Security Solutions Design Engineering/Architecture or Information Security Officer to oversee development and implementation of information security processes, technology strategy and technical solutions to assist in compliance with corporate-wide policies, standards, and security procedures used to meet corporate, investor, and government regulations. This role must have a business-driven mindset and seeks to develop structured inter-relationships between technical and procedural solutions to support the long-term needs of the business. Requires strong collaboration with Nationstars infrastructure and application services, business partners, and other internal or external customers.
Deliverables include clear communication of strategy, project management materials, and on-going assessment for initiatives across the enterprise.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
Possess Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications. TOGAG Certificated Architect is preferred.
Knowledge of corporate level security systems and implementation procedures, corporate and government security regulations, company security software products, domain structures, user authentication, user profiles, and digital signatures.
Familiarity with IT governance standards including ITIL and CoBIT
Previous experience communicating threat and risk profiles to executive leaders and individual contributors and facilitate progress towards required improvements
Experience in the design and architecture of security solutions including roadmapping, strategy, and business case development.
Eight or more years of experience in information systems security or computer operations
A minimum of five years of experience managing complex information security projects / programs for a Fortune 500 or larger organization
A minimum of five years of specific experience using a structured project management methodology across the entire project life cycle Job Description:
Preferred skills: -Understanding of encryption, obfuscation, tokenization technologies and secure system to system communications
-Background in network security, in addition to but not limited to LAN/WAN/WIFI networking knowledge to aid in the design of network security solutions.
-Experience in trouble shooting security architecture technologies and issue resolution
-Experience with high level design Architecture, Firewall, Internet, LAN Router, Network, Protocols, SNMP, Web Services, and SOA
-Understand general Telecom technology including concepts behind T1/E1, T3/E3, Ethernet, SoNET, MPLS, VPLS, Frame Relay, ATM, and VOIP.
