Provide Regional dispatch services for Security and Facility Services staff by prioritizing emergency, urgent and routine calls for service or work requests. Responsible for operating and monitoring of security and facilities systems including by not limited to computerized work management system, computer aided dispatch program, CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Alarm Systems; perform a variety of duties regarding the use, systems control of and access to multiple owned and leased facilities. Essential Functions: - Receives and prioritizes calls for service in order to provide timely and appropriate response by Security Officers, Facilities personnel and/or emergency service providers; assists in coordination of emergency operations throughout the Northwest Region; applies knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in order to dispatch staff and resources appropriately; responsible for notifying security and facilities managers of all critical events and in coordination with security and facility management, notify appropriate administrators and department heads as necessary or required. - Monitors access control, alarm systems and CCTV to include remote facility access of access control and alarm monitoring device call up to ensure the protection of all KPNW staff, assets and facilities. - Retrieve and / or generate information utilizing numerous automated computer programs for security incidents, lock and hardware requests, photo ID badging, access control, alarm monitoring; generate facilities work orders and produce reports using computer aided dispatch program and facilities maintenance software. - Must be able to work effectively under stressful situations Secondary Functions: - Receives and prioritizes calls for service in order to provide timely and appropriate response by Security Officers, Facilities personnel and/or emergency service providers; assists in coordination of emergency operations throughout the Northwest Region; applies knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in order to dispatch staff and resources appropriately; responsible for notifying security and facilities managers of all critical events and in coordination with security and facility management, notify appropriate administrators and department heads as necessary or required. - Monitors access control, alarm systems and CCTV to include remote facility access of access control and alarm monitoring device call up to ensure the protection of all KPNW staff, assets and facilities. - Retrieve and / or generate information utilizing numerous automated computer programs for security incidents, lock and hardware requests, photo ID badging, access control, alarm monitoring; generate facilities work orders and produce reports using computer aided dispatch program and facilities maintenance software. - Must be able to work effectively under stressful situations Requirements
