Security Escalation Engineer, IBM Corporation, Atlanta, GA: Deliver IT security services within the ISS Managed Security Services organization. Perform an analytical and technical role in the design, development, implementation, integration, and delivery of technical IT security solutions. Research, analyze, design solution, develop, install products, integrate the system, and perform complex issue root cause analysis of managed security solutions. Perform advanced troubleshooting. Utilize knowledge and experience with project management, VPN setup and support and Enterprise Security IT Architecture and Support. Implement, design, deploy and support Firewall and IPS/IDS. Utilize TCP/IP Network technology. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or related and two (2) years of experience as a Security Escalation Engineer or related.
