Security Finance Enhanced Custody Product Head-MD recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities for the Enhanced Custody product with internal prospects (e.g., cross-selling) and external prospects
- Manage an assigned geographic territory (APAC)
- Develop a minimum pre-determined dollar volume of new business annually from that territory
- Develop a steady pipeline of future new business opportunities
- Develop and implement a proactive, targeted marketing and calling strategy for the assigned geographic territory
- Interface with other areas of the corporation (e.g., Global Services, SSgA, SF Senior Management, SF Marketing, SF Account Management, SF Legal, SF Product Development, SF Operations, SF Trading, etc) to develop, qualify and secure new business
- Devise the EC regional strategy
- Estimate new business revenue and determine appropriateness of opportunity for the SF division and the Bank
- Lead the implementation of new business while working effectively with other areas of SF and the Bank
- Lead and manage prospective clients through extensive fee and contract negotiations.
- Grow the EC business in terms of revenue, staff, clients, volume, etc.
Employee Specifications:
- Prior sales and/or marketing experience required
- Prior prime brokerage and/or investment sales experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in math and computer skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preference for demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in other regionally applicable languages
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with strong project management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
