Security Manager - NISPOM TS/SCI Clearance
The FSO will be responsible for developing/maintaining, a sound security program that is compliant with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), all applicable US Government policies and procedures. Other duties/oversight includes but not limited to: Prepare staff/site for all USG security audits to include required self inspection activities. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Completed the applicable JPAS training and manage all personnel clearance via JPAS. Oversee document control staff to ensure classified holdings (documents and classified hardware) are managed IAW national policy. Will investigate security incidents/violations and prepare reports specifying corrective actions as well as preventative actions to be taken for the future. FSO will serve as facility's Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all national Industrial Security Program (NISP) issues and will ensure compliance with U.S. Government directives, regulations and requirements as well as corporate/business unit directives and customer directed requirements. Required Education: Bachelors and 12+ year(s) related experience Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement, Business Management or similar field or have had equivalent work related experience. Required Skills: BA Bachelor's degree or similar degree or equivalent experience and 8+ year(s) related experience. Knowledge of NISPOM; full working knowledge of MS Office applications; working knowledge/understanding of NISPOM Chapter 8 and applicable USG policies in order to work/coordinate effectively with the ISSM/ISSO staff; strong leadership skills and ability to work as a self-starter/entrepreneur and as part of a team; strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
