Part-time Security Officer
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification - currently have or be willing to obtain
- Must be able to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions while maintaining a pleasant professional manner
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Possess positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work for any shift and day
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in an upscale living environment
- Monitor access control, fire alarm, and surveillance systems
- Patrol the property on foot
- Quickly respond to emergencies
- Enforce policies, rules, and regulations that govern Lenbrook
- Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule
Varies, Must be able to work any shift, any day
