Security Processing Analyst 1 recruitment
Job Responsibilities
• Create and maintain security codes in the business system.
• Perform routine checks on security prices, foreign exchange rates and security indicative data in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Process production request for voluntary and non-voluntary Corporate Actions events.
• Research price variances and respond to stakeholders' queries.
• Ensure business process and controls are in compliance with Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to business improvement projects.
• Exposure in working with market data vendors in obtaining static data and price feeds in business systems.
Qualification
• Degree in Banking and Finance or Accounting or other relevant degrees
• Relevant working experience in funds operation back office is preferred.
• Knowledge of Multifonds system will be advantages.
• Flexible to work on shift rotation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Able to write macro programs in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in Microsoft Access.
• Able to solve problems, work efficiently, set priorities and organise time during production peak hours.
• Proactive, resourceful and analytical.
