Security Sales Account Manager
GCE Systems Group, Inc. seeks an individual with extensive experience designing and selling IP and analog CCTV systems. Additionally, the qualified candidate will need to be well versed in relationship building along with account management. This position will be responsible for calling on and developing local, city and state education and government agencies along with responding to Request for Proposals, and working with our Electrical and Structured Cabling departments on turn key solutions to customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop education and government customers.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend pre-bid conferences and prepare proposals to our customer RFP and RFQ.
- Work together with other company departments on security proposals for turn key solutions.
- Attend and assist in marketing tradeshows representing the security department.
- Host monthly lunch and learns with key personnel throughout the State of Georgia.
Applicants must have 5 years experience with IP and analog CCTV and security system solutions. Must have good driving record; pass pre-employment background and drug screen. Current CCTV certifications are a definite plus. Prefer college degree. Candidate must have excellent oral and written skills to prepare customer proposals. Candidate should have basic estimating skills for CCTV and the ability to read blue prints and take notes at pre-bid conferences. Candidate must have good computer skills in MS Office, Visio and understanding of IP networks. Overnight travel is required about 10% of the time in the state. Former military and/or government sales a plus.
Compensation package includes salary commission commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance and 401(K) plan. All candidates must pass criminal, drug and DMV checks.
