Guardsmark is currently seeking men and women who wish to pursue a career in the security field. A position for an OPERATIONS ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR in the Houston, TX (Greenway Plaza area) is available, with opportunities for career advancement.

Duties Responsibilities:  Utilizing a firm management style while encouraging a positive team environment, you will have supervision of 8+ security officers. Daily interaction and contact with the public and our client, including senior level management and CEO.  Impeccable appearance and communication skills a must. Submission of finalized written and digital reports and follow up with recommendations as applicable to the client. Administrative duties consisting of scheduling, payroll, and training. 

Requirements:

        ·         High school diploma or GED equivalent, AA preffered

        ·         Drug-free

        ·         Supervisory or management experience

        ·         Communication skills

        ·         Ability to read, write, and speak the English language

        ·         Proficiency in other languages is a plus

        ·         Ability to work on a team

        ·         No criminal history

        ·         Must be responsible and have a professional attitude

        ·         Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus

        ·         Computer literacy is valued
·         Must be flexible and able to work Full-Time -and available to 
     supervise a 24-hour operation
·         Must be comfortable speaking at meetings
·         Posses a current CPR, First Aid, AED certification a plus
·         Previous security work in high rise office buildings a plus
