IT Strategy, Infrastructure and Security (ISIS) falls within the TGP organization and provides services aimed at improving the strategic intent, transforming economics and effectiveness, and the overall design, of a company's information technology capabilities and/or functions. Information technology capabilities include IT planning and management, IT processes and approaches, and IT assets that provide the operational components necessary to run applications.
Accenture's Security practice helps organizations work through complex business and technology issues to provide innovative and holistic approaches for dynamic cyber defense, enterprise risk management, information assurance and information security. Our security professionals bring deep technology skills and industry knowledge to any organization and work closely with clients to design and implement a security solution closely tied to enterprise objectives.
Security Senior Manager
Our Managers assist clients with the identification and evaluation of holistic security gaps with a focus on the infrastructure and business applications layer. They also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizations. Our managers can easily work with non-security teams to integrate security controls on projects.
We are currently searching for Security Technology Senior Managers for our Security Technology practice with strong experience in Communications, High Tech, and/or Media and Entertainment industries. Candidates will have broad security architect skills with solid understanding of cross functional IT Security areas such as Identity Management, Infrastructure Security, Application Security, Data Protection, and if possible, Managed Security Services or security outsourcing delivery and/or experience as a Sales Engineer or sales support for security products and services with proven ability to develop/architect deals.
Key Responsibilities may include:
• Maintain positive rapport with client relationship through effective communications
• Play substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality internal and external communications to include: deliverables, technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
• Develop working relationships with Senior Executive and Senior Managers across the client account team to drive work in Pacific region for Communications, High Tech, Media and Entertainment
• Demonstrate knowledge of client's industry or functional specialty
• Project and program management experience, proven ability to lead project delivery and/or multiple projects delivery
• Monitor project economics and client billing
• Demonstrate ability to ensure implementation of security solutions
• Identify security opportunities to cross-sell other services
• Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of others
• Communicate client expectations to the engagement team
• Demonstrate ability to create and direct proposal efforts
• Demonstrate experience 1) independently completing complex security tasks; 2) making major contributions in assuring deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives and; 3) taking on tasks of increased complexity
• Ability to independently create written deliverables and to participate in presentations
• Ability to travel 100%
• CISSP certification a plus
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years experience in Security Technology project delivery around consulting capabilities.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a program/project leadership role, managing budgets and ensuring implementation.
• Bachelors degree
