Job Description:
Are you looking to have longevity in your career? This position could be a fit for you. Qualified candidates should have long term work history and strong communication skills. This position manages all aspects of accounts payable functions for multiple entities, including issuing purchase orders, invoice cost coding, data entry, vendor payments/reconciliations, vendor file maintenance. Vendor and cost analysis as required. Maintain insurance certificates. Manage and supervise data entry for hourly payroll field work (including outside labor contractors), assisting manager with issuing POs for purchasing and obtaining price quotes. This position also interfaces with all departments.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and comfortable use of Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Accounting software strength.
