Seeking an Experienced Operations Manager Job in Loveland 80538, Colorado US

National Financial Services Company is looking for an Operations Manager to provided day-to-day direction to Quality Control Specialists and Quality Assurance Analysts conducting routine and targeted reviews of various processes within the loan quality review. The primary focus is on day-to-day deliverables, developing and delivering upon subject expertise, and occasionally representing the department or function at a broader level.

MAJOR DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, refine and enhance on-going and targeted reviews to ensure compliance with general policies and procedures, management guidance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and resolve disputes to findings with our mortgage clients.
• Report Quality Assurance results to the management of our mortgage clients including trending, process improvement opportunity, and risk management.
• Ensure staff is sufficiently trained on regulatory and compliance procedures according to GSE and Private investor's guidelines in order to appropriately identify and report errors.
• Make decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hiring, discipline and salary actions.
• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of general QA and/or Auditing experience with 3+ years of recent experience in QA and/or Auditing for Financial Services or Banking, Insurance or Mortgage Services Auditing.
• 3+ years of experience managing QA and Auditors.
• Strong background in budget and finance process improvement.
• Broad understanding of regulatory/ compliance procedures in insurance, finance, or mortgage industries.
• Ability to travel up to 20% annually.

• Previous leadership experience within the mortgage industry.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Well spoken with excellent written and presentation skills.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly complex environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with and influence various levels of staff and management and ability to drive improvement and change.
• Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
• Quality Control experience in mortgage lending.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending including underwriting, operations and mortgage compliance.

EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
